Christmas can be tough when you’re gluten free and also can’t tolerate onion or garlic… which seems to be in everything! So here’s 10 gluten free Christmas party food products without onion/garlic…
Sooo many of you requested this post when I asked on Instagram, so here’s 10 gluten free Christmas party food products without onion/garlic. I’ve also listed where products are dairy free and included the ingredients for each item too. Hope this helps!
Of course, make sure you always check the labels yourself first – just in case things change.
1. Morrisons 12 Mozzarella Sticks – Gluten free – Click here for the ingredients.
or these ones from Asda – you can check the ingredients for those here too.
2. The Co-Op’s 12 Chilli Cheese Bites – Gluten free – Click here for the ingredients.
3. Marks and Spencer’s 16 Pigs in Blankets – Gluten free and dairy free – Click here for the ingredients.
OR… how about Waitrose’s Pigs in Blankets? There’s no onion or garlic in there either!
4. Marks and Spencer’s 10 Mini Seafood Shells – Gluten free and dairy free – Click here for the ingredients.

… with Mark’s and Spencer’s turkey gravy which is also gluten free, dairy free and with no onion or garlic either! Here’s the ingredients for that too. This product used to contain onion, but the new recipe no longer uses onion. Just make sure and double check the label first as usual!
9. Waitrose’s Pork Crackling Straws – Gluten free and dairy free – Click here for the ingredients.
10. The Co-Op’s Salted Caramel and Passion Fruit Belgian Chocolate Cups – Gluten free – Click here for the ingredients
Now, I wouldn’t go as far as saying that all these products are low FODMAP – especially since none are officially certified by Monash University or FODMAP friendly. Plus, some of these products contain things like milk, apple, amaranth flour or gram flour which can be high FODMAP in large quantities. But one thing is for certain – none of these contain onion or garlic!
Thanks for joining me in checking out the 10 gluten free Christmas party food products without onion/garlic! What did you think? Which was your favourite? Are there any other Christmas products I missed?
