Mark’s and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2023 – they’re here and I’ve found ALL of them (so far) for you! There’s no doubt that there will be more to come, so keep checking back for more updates. I’ll be doing posts like this for all the supermarkets this Christmas as I do every year, so look out for those too.

- UPDATED 19TH DECEMBER 2023 – 1 NEW PRODUCTS ADDED
- Added a new clementine frangipane dessert (it’s even labelled with a gluten-free logo on the front!) to the desserts section.
- UPDATED 16TH DECEMBER 2023 – 7 NEW PRODUCTS ADDED
- There was absolutely nothing in the desserts section but now there’s 6 newly added meringue-based options (sorry, nothing too exciting for dessert in M&S this year!). But also, see the new garlic and herb king prawns in a golden batter added to the party food section – finally, something to get excited about!

Since this is a MEGA guide to Marks and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2023 I thought I’d split this post up into four sections (as well as previous year’s products) as you’ll see below.

Mark’s and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2023: Free From Aisle
Yep, these are the products you’ll find down the good ol’ free from aisle this Christmas. In case you’re not familiar, these will be from M&S’ ‘Made Without’ range. Don’t forget that Ocado stock M&S products like the ones in this post for delivery too!
You won’t find a ton of new additions to the M&S free from aisle at Christmas compared to other supermarkets, but you’ll certainly find the festive essentials; plus I’m 99% sure there’s still more to come.
Though I’ve checked quite a few M&S stores around the UK on my current book tour travels, I still haven’t found the M&S free from Christmas cake, yule log or small Christmas pud. Though you never know what will and won’t return, I’d expect to see these three make an appearance at some point very soon so keep checking this post for more updates!
Mark’s and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2023: Snacks & Party Food
As it gets closer to Christmas, more and more gluten-free party food is starting to pop up in supermarkets alongside snacks (like festive crisps and Christmas sandwiches) and potential sides for your Christmas lunch.
I can safely say that there will most definitely be more ‘accidentally’ gluten-free party food to come, so as I always say, keep checking back for updates as the festive season goes on.
Mark’s and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2023: Seasonal Confectionery Aisle
And if you head over to the seasonal aisle, you’ll find LOTS of stuff that’s ‘accidentally’ gluten-free, including advent calendars, chocolate gifts and small sweet treats. Like most supermarkets, lots of the festive chocolate is gluten-free, but certainly not everything so ensure you check ingredients labels to ensure you have the correct product.
Mark’s and Spencer has the best selection of own-brand ‘accidentally’ gluten-free products. sofar – as you’ll see from scrolling down further. They’d all make amazing gluten-free Christmas gifts and stocking fillers!
This makes M&S’ seasonal aisle a great place to pick up a unique gluten-free gift that maybe your recipient hasn’t seen before… unless they’ve also read this post!

It still seems to be a little early for festive gluten-free desserts in Marks and Spencer… so early that I didn’t find anything yet!
But of course, keep checking back as I’ll be adding new products as I find them…
