As Christmas 2016 approaches what does the Gluten Free Holland and Barrett Christmas range offer us gluten intolerants & coeliacs?!
Now I don’t really think about Holland & Barrett when it comes to gluten free Christmas food however I popped into town & came across a brand new Holland & Barrett store which had more than a few gluten free Christmas offerings. So of course, I thought I would share them with you! When I think about it most of the items below are made specifically for those who cannot eat dairy. This is great in our household as Mark is the dairy free one, and he loves a bit of Christmas chocolate!
It might not be the biggest selection, but it’s great to see the likes of Holland and Barrett offering us gluten free & dairy free folk some more Christmas treats for the festive season. Let’s get into it!

And there you have it, the gluten free Holland and Barrett Christmas selection for 2016. What do you think of it? Don’t try to compare it to the other supermarkets… as Holland and Barrett isn’t a supermarket!
