I have always been a massive fan of Honeybuns’ products since my gluten intolerance came about. One of the first products I was bought by someone who found out I had a gluten intolerance was the Snowy Hills – a gluten free ginger and polenta shortbread with a lemon sponge topping. It was simply one of the nicest things I had ever tasted, and the texture was perfect too. If I knew these existed prior to my gluten intolerance I would have purchased them then as well! Ever since then I have only ever found the Snowy Hills shortbread and failed to find any of their other products in my local cafes. So when Honeybuns kindly sent me a little box of goodies from their bakery I was over the moon! I wasn’t just over the moon with the box of 8 different cakes they provided me with, but also I received a lovely personal note from Honeybuns. It is the little touches like these that make such a difference for me and I really appreciated it.
I have thus far tried 4 out of the 8 goodies they sent me, and it is those that I am going to review today! Of course I will review the other 4 but all in good time… with the sunshine coming out across the UK at the moment as well as the imminent Allergy & Free From Show this weekend, I have resisted having anymore for now!
So to read my reviews of the 4 products I have tried so far just click on the names of them below and be transported across to the tasty delights of a Gluten Free Cuppa Tea Honeybuns Bakery Review! I won’t tell you anymore about the products here, so click on through to find out some more details!
Sconeybun
Cranberry and Pecan Flapjack (coming shortly!)
Almond Moon
Heathcliffe Brownie
I hope you enjoy the reviews and check out http://www.honeybuns.co.uk/ for more details of all their products. You can purchase all their products online and at a huge variety of cafes across the country. I always notice their products in Waitrose and John Lewis stores as well, so if you have one close by I suggest you taking a nosey!
Thanks for reading,
Becky xx
