Waitrose’s gluten-free Christmas products 2026 – 70+ products to discover! I’ve been visiting Waitrose stores, checking labels and photographing the gluten-free festive finds you’ll see below. From mince pies and panettone to chocolate gifts, Christmas lunch trimmings and desserts, here’s what I’ve found in the free from range and beyond so far!
Always double-check the ingredients and allergen warnings on your own pack before buying, as recipes and labelling can change. I’ll keep adding new finds right up until Christmas, so check back before your next shop!

Waitrose’s gluten-free Christmas products 2026: Free From Aisle
Waitrose’s free from Christmas range might not take over several shelves, but there’s enough here to make putting together a plate of gluten-free treats pretty easy! There are boxes of four Mince Pies and a two-pack with star-topped pastry, alongside Millionaire’s Brownie Tarts and Cranberry & Orange Blondies. Add the No.1 Belgian Chocolate & Cherry Brownies and you’ve got a few options for the person who loves Christmas baking but would happily skip the mincemeat!
For those mornings when everyone else is tearing into panettone, Waitrose has a Free From Fruited Panettone too. The Richly Fruited Christmas Cake and Iced Fruit Cake Slices cover the more traditional afternoon tea spread, while Booja-Booja’s Signature Collection and Hazelnut Crunch truffles would make a lovely gift for someone who needs gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate. The mince pies, Millionaire’s Brownie Tarts and Christmas pudding pictured here are also labelled milk-free, but that doesn’t apply to everything in this section.
If you’re taking a few nibbles to someone else’s house, Nairn’s Mini Cheese Bakes and Schär Pretzels are useful additions to the snack bowls. They aren’t Christmas-only products, but it’s nice to have something savoury to reach for between all the sweet treats! You’ll find the Free From Christmas Pudding at the end of this section, with its photo repeated under Desserts below so it’s easy to find when you’re planning the meal.

Waitrose’s gluten-free Christmas products 2026: Snacks, Party Food & Christmas Lunch
Being gluten-free shouldn’t mean having to pass on the stuffing and pigs in blankets while everyone else piles them onto their plate! Among my Waitrose finds so far are No.1 British Free Range Pork Pigs in Blankets, Pork Stuffing Balls and No.1 Pork Sausagemeat Stuffing with Onion & Sage. There’s also Slow Cooked Turkey with Gravy, which could be useful for a smaller Christmas get-together when you don’t want to cook a whole bird. These are in the usual chilled sections rather than the free from aisle.
For a few nibbles while you’re waiting for dinner, I found No.1 Bloody Mary Prawn Cocktail Flavour Crisps and Beef & Bearnaise Butter Crisps. The Whole Creations Gluten & Dairy Free Garlic Bread Baguette is in the freezer too – especially handy when everyone’s sharing garlic bread and you’d quite like more than the smell of it!
This section is mostly Christmas lunch options and snacks for now; I haven’t pictured the bigger festive party-food selection yet. Last year Waitrose had some useful gluten-free buffet finds, so I’ll keep checking as more arrives. If you’re buying chilled products ahead, check use-by dates and the storage instructions, including whether your pack is suitable for freezing.

Waitrose’s gluten-free Christmas products 2026: Seasonal Confectionery Aisle
If you’re putting together a Christmas hamper for someone gluten-free, Waitrose has plenty to choose from beyond the usual box of chocolates. The No.1 Chocolate Marc de Champagne Pearls, Caramel Filled Batons and Chocolate & Orange Nut Mix would all fit nicely, alongside Dark Chocolate Orangettes and Forest Feast Candy Cane Mint Chocolate Almonds. For someone who prefers sweets, there are No.1 Pâtes de Fruits, Sugared Almonds and Italian Nougat in Almond & Hazelnut, Pistachio and Mixed Berries varieties.
For stockings and advent calendars, I’ve pictured Waitrose’s chocolate coins and Christmas characters, Kinder Magical Minis and the Cadbury Dairy Milk calendar. NOMO’s Creamy Choc Advent Calendar and Christmas Selection Box are here too if you need gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate, while the Bonne Maman Advent Calendar offers something different from the usual chocolate countdown. It’s helpful to have a few choices when you’re buying for several people with different dietary needs!
There are also familiar boxes to pass around after Christmas dinner, including the pictured Quality Street, Cadbury Milk Tray, After Eight and Bendicks Bittermints. These photos refer to the specific products and packs shown, not every product from each brand. That matters particularly with ranges like Lindor: the White Chocolate and 70% Dark Mint varieties pictured here don’t mean the other flavours are suitable. Always check your own pack’s ingredients and allergen warnings before buying.

Waitrose’s gluten-free Christmas products 2026: Desserts
There’s something reassuring about having Christmas dessert sorted and waiting in the freezer – and Waitrose’s Salted Caramel Roulade is one option to keep in mind! Of course, the Free From Christmas Pudding covers the traditional option too; I’ve repeated that pudding here from the free from section above. There’s also Sue’s Free From Kitchen Apple Crumble in the freezer if you’d rather have a warm pudding without the Christmas fruit and brandy.
Among the chilled options, you’ll find Raspberry Panna Cotta, Pots & Co Lemon & Lime Posset and 70% Chocolate Ganache, plus Gü Dark Chocolate & Ganache Mousse. They’re useful if you’re taking your own gluten-free dessert to a family meal, or just want individual portions without having to slice up a big cake. The box of 12 Macarons could also go on a little dessert platter or come out with the coffee afterwards.
If you need to avoid dairy as well, look out for the pictured Gü Vegan Spanish Lemon Cheesecake and The Coconut Collab Pistachio Pots and Choc Pots. Most of these chilled and frozen finds are everyday desserts rather than special Christmas releases, so I’m still keeping an eye out for more festive options. They do give you something to plan around in the meantime, though, especially if Christmas pudding isn’t your thing!

Waitrose’s gluten-free Christmas range: What was available last year in 2025?
You can look back through my Waitrose gluten-free Christmas guide from 2025 here. There are plenty of familiar faces already: the Fruited Panettone, Millionaire’s Brownie Tarts, Cranberry & Orange Blondies, Christmas cake and pudding all featured last year. The Cranberry & Sicilian Orange All Butter Shortbread and Salted Caramel Hazelnut Brownies from that guide aren’t in my finds so far, while this year’s photos include Belgian Chocolate & Cherry Brownies and Iced Fruit Cake Slices.
The biggest gap at the moment is the festive party food. Last year’s guide included Katsu Spring Rolls, Ham & Cheese Croquetas, Hash Browns in Blankets and Sticky Beef Teriyaki Skewers. I added 75 products on 12th December 2025, including lots of party food and Christmas lunch trimmings, so there’s good reason to keep checking rather than treating this early selection as the finished range!
Desserts were a weaker spot last year, with the Berry Jewels Panna Cotta Crown, Raspberry Panna Cotta and Viennetta among the options pictured. This year’s guide already gives you more everyday dessert ideas, including the Salted Caramel Roulade and individual chocolate and lemon pots, but that isn’t the same as finding a bigger range of Christmas-only desserts. We’ll have to see what else arrives! A product missing from my photos so far doesn’t mean it has been discontinued.

FAQ: Waitrose gluten-free Christmas products 2026
Where can I find Waitrose gluten-free Christmas products in store?
Start with the free from shelves and Christmas bakery displays for the mince pies, panettone, cakes and Christmas pudding. You’ll also find gluten-free products elsewhere: the pigs in blankets and stuffing are in the chilled aisles, while most chocolates, sweets and advent calendars are on the seasonal displays.
For desserts, check both the chilled section and the freezer. The Salted Caramel Roulade and Sue’s Free From Kitchen Apple Crumble are frozen, as is the Whole Creations Garlic Bread Baguette. Stock and shelf locations can vary between branches.
When does Waitrose stock its gluten-free Christmas products?
The range arrives in stages, so these photos show what I’ve found so far rather than everything Waitrose will sell for Christmas. The free from baking and seasonal confectionery are already represented here, along with some chilled Christmas lunch options.
I’ll keep checking for more party food and festive desserts as we get closer to Christmas. Last year my guide had a substantial update in December, so it’s worth looking again before your final shop.
Are all the products pictured gluten-free?
I’ve personally checked the labels of the products included here, including those outside the dedicated free from range. Please still check the ingredients and allergen warnings on your own pack before buying, as recipes and labelling can change.
The guide covers the exact products pictured. A different flavour, pack size or seasonal version from the same brand may have different ingredients and allergen warnings.
Which options are also dairy-free or vegan?
The pictured Waitrose Free From mince pies, Millionaire’s Brownie Tarts and Christmas pudding are labelled milk-free. For chocolate gifts, there are Booja-Booja truffles in the free from section and a NOMO calendar and selection box in the seasonal confectionery section.
The Gü Vegan Spanish Lemon Cheesecake and The Coconut Collab dessert pots offer options beyond Christmas pudding too. Check each pack for your own requirements: not everything in the free from range avoids dairy, and a vegan label on its own doesn’t mean a product is gluten-free.
Can I buy these Waitrose Christmas products online?
You can search for the names beneath the photos on the Waitrose groceries website or app. Availability can depend on your address and delivery or collection slot, and something I’ve found in store may not be listed for your order.
Check the product information before ordering and the packaging when it arrives, especially if you receive a substitution. These photos show my in-store finds rather than guaranteeing online stock.
Are these products only available at Christmas?
No – this guide includes festive products such as mince pies, advent calendars and Christmas pudding, alongside everyday products that are useful for Christmas meals and gatherings.
That’s particularly true of the desserts, where individual chocolate pots, cheesecake and panna cotta give you alternatives to Christmas pudding. I’ve also included things like gluten-free pretzels and garlic bread to help with the rest of the shop.
Thanks for reading,
Becky xxx
