My eighth cookbook ‘Feel Good Gluten Free’ is now available to preorder – 100+ healthier recipes using less processed ingredients that all the family can enjoy! It’ll be released on the 9th of April 2026 in the UK and you can preorder a copy here right now!
Do you truly feel good on a gluten-free diet? I know I certainly didn’t for a very long time! After all, when you’re suddenly told you have to follow a gluten-free diet, it can feel overwhelming and at first, like a little bit of joy has been taken away from you. Not just in terms of the food itself, but mentally, whether that’s at work, school, social situations…

I’ve always tried to bring that ‘feel good’ feeling back to everyone and this book celebrates that in a transparently healthier, maintainable way that everyone can enjoy. Nobody should feel like they’re missing out due to something they didn’t choose and this book 100% takes that to heart. Here’s everything you need to know about it and also a little waffle from me about exactly what it is, more on why I actually wrote it and all the important stuff…
Where to preorder ‘Feel Good Gluten Free’:
Currently, there’s just two options of where you can pre-order it, which I’ll list below. Of course, don’t forget to check independent book shops IRL too.
What is ‘Feel Good Gluten Free’?
- Feel Good Gluten Free contains 100+ healthier gluten-free recipes designed to make you feel good about what’s on your plate – before, during and after each meal. 💜 Inspired by how I’ve finally found health and happiness on a gluten-free diet, expect minimal ultra-processed ingredients and maximal focus on high-protein and high-fibre recipes to fuel both body and mind. It’s a book that’s ever transparent about what my definition of ‘healthy eating’ truly means and never leaves you in the dark 💡
- Enjoy healthier fakeaways and street food, dependable midweek dinners 🍴using minimal ingredients, on-the-go breakfasts/lunches, meal-prep friendly meals and one-pots/traybakes, and a dedicated sweet treats chapter, plus big-batch recipes to set you up for the week. This is a book that respects your time at all times!
- Due to popular request, full nutritional information for each recipe is included at the back of the book. 🤓 But please remember: it’s totally optional. Use it if it helps you, ignore it if it doesn’t.
- These recipes make regular use of the air fryer when it makes life easier, but they also include oven and hob methods throughout too. 🔥 Don’t have an air fryer? You’re still covered.
- Every recipe includes clear fridge and freezer guidance ❄ plus defrosting and reheating instructions, so you can batch-cook without guesswork and build your own ready meals for future-you. This is especially useful for reducing waste, saving time, and making gluten-free life feel less of a chore.
- This book is around 90% savoury recipes, 10% desserts and bakes. ✅ This book focusses on creating healthier meals using fewer processed ingredients – namely dinner, breakfast, lunch and on-the-go situations. Of course, there will be a sweet treats/desserts chapter too!
- Just like my other books, it includes simple swaps to adapt recipes for dairy-free, lactose-free/low lactose, low FODMAP, vegetarian and vegan where possible 🥰 with clear notes so you can do it safely and confidently.
- Feel Good Gluten Free is released on the 9th of April 2026 in the UK 🥳 Other territories are TBA.
- MORE INFO INCLUDING COVER REVEAL, RECIPE PHOTOS AND CHAPTER OUTLINES COMING SOON 🤫
Here’s all the frequently asked questions I usually get about my books, but the Facebook group is another good way to get an answer if you still have any questions!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will there be signed copies?
Considering I haven’t been asked to sign any… it’s not looking great for preordering signed copies yet! (this all comes down to whether retailers ask for signed copies or not) Of course, I will be signing books at some point around the UK but there’s nothing planned just yet.
Will it be available to purchase in supermarkets?
As it’s very hard to get books stocked in supermarkets due to limited space, I would never say yes or no at this early stage. Keep an eye on my social media and I will let you know!
Are these brand new recipes?
Yes! These recipes are exclusive to this book. As with all my books, the one thing I want everyone to feel is that they got amazing value for their money.
And if a huge percentage of the recipes were already available on my blog for free or previously published in other books, I just couldn’t honestly say that!
Why on Earth do I need this?
Here’s my hard sell, which is great if you couldn’t be bothered to read everything else! This is the book for you if…
- You’re tired of ultra-processed ingredients being crammed into everything. It’s no secret that free from products often contain more ultra-processed foods (UPFs) that ‘normal’ products with many ingredients you’d struggle to pronounce. But even outside of the free from aisle, UPFs are hard to avoid. However, with a little know-how, it’s incredibly easy to dodge common UPFs (yes, even on a gluten-free diet) whether that’s by making simple swaps, using more whole foods or quickly whipping up your own quick alternatives. This book isn’t 100% UPF free, but it isn’t far off!
- You’re struggling to eat healthier on a gluten-free diet and stick to it. The book talks about this in more detail; namely how being on a gluten-free diet essentially puts many of us in the situation where we’re constantly idealising and longing for cake, biscuits, takeaways etc (none of which are ‘bad’ as part of any balanced diet imo!) But as a further knock-on effect, we can then tend to roll our eyes at being served fruit, salad and many other genuinely healthy options. This book aims to tackle that mindset head on, by taking inspiration what we can’t eat while absolutely celebrating what we can, to create a maintainable, healthier diet that you can live by.
- You fancy eating healthier, but don’t also fancy adopting a new personality/hobby or turning your life upsidedown to do so. This isn’t a book that advocates for many of the ‘healthy eating’ habits that personally led me astray in the past (demonising food, counting calories, ‘clean eating’ talk or vague but heavily implied ‘wellness’ claims). This is a book that simply puts fresh, whole ingredients first to create meals that are nutritionally good for you and will keep you fuller for longer – no number counting required. For me, maintaining a sense of normality while eating healthier has been key and that’s absolutely something this book respects.
- You just want more of my recipes, fullstop! While this technically a ‘healthier’ recipe book, to me, it’s quite simply a book of what I genuinely enjoying eating on a daily basis. These recipes are simply what keeps me excited for dinner, what keeps me happy to cook, what helps me to save time when I’m busy: essentially what makes me feel good before, during and after eating. That’s it! So if you’ve enjoyed my previous recipes, I have no doubt you’ll enjoy these too.
- If you’re dairy-free, lactose-intolerant, low FODMAP, vegetarian or vegan, there’s a TON of tips on how to adapt my recipes to be friendly to all of the above, whenever possible. I always want my recipes to be as accessible to as many people as possible!
That wasn’t so bad was it? I’m sure you want to buy 10 copies now!

Does the book contain nutritional information?
For the first time ever – yes it does, at the back of the book – fronted by a trigger warning. The full nutritional breakdown of each recipe is there if you need it and if not, you can join me in never looking at it ever!
Does the book have dairy-free recipes in it?
Yes – tons actually! Throughout the book, I’ve clearly labelled whenever a recipe is dairy-free. And whenever a recipe isn’t dairy-free to start with, I’ve listed exactly how to make it dairy-free (if possible) for each recipe.
This took *a lot* of work and recipe testing, but I’m so pleased that I invested the time to do so!
Does the book have vegan/veggie recipes in it?
Yes! I’ve clearly labelled whenever a recipe is suitable for vegetarians or vegans. If it isn’t veggie/vegan to start with, I’ve also included instructions on how to adapt it, if possible – which most of them are!
Even with the few recipes which don’t provide a veggie or vegan option, some can still usually easily be adapted to be so using the right gluten-free and vegan alternative – so please don’t think it’s impossible!
Does the book have low FODMAP recipes in it? What about lactose-free?
Yes! Most of the recipes are suitable for the elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet, or if not, will mention how you can easily adapt them to be. Just look for the key at the top of the page. A huge majority of recipes in the book are easily adaptable to the low FODMAP diet, believe it or not!
Whilst some recipes in this book do call for onion or garlic, as I can’t tolerate it myself, you’ll find that those recipes always have an easy substitute.
As lactose-free is a big part of the low FODMAP diet, you’ll also find that lots of the recipes indicate whether they’re lactose-free or low lactose, or how to adapt the recipes to be suitable too.
And yet another HUGE thank you to everyone who’s supported me so far!
Needless to say, never in a million years did I think that I would be here telling you all about my *eighth* recipe book. To be honest, it’s STILL hard to be able to express how surreal that is to me when just having one recipe book was a mad, seemingly unachievable dream when I was growing up.
Many of you who are familiar with me will know that my main goal with everything I do is simply to make the lives of gluten-free people easier, more enjoyable and most importantly, more normal! I’ve always steered away from creating ‘healthy’ recipes in the past (due to how healthy eating culture negatively affected me in my early 20’s) but now I truly feel I’ve nailed the balance of health and wealth both mentally and physically. And I’m so happy to be able to share it with all of you!
Thank you so much for your ongoing support as always – let’s keep working hard to make being gluten-free easier, one step at a time.
Love,
Becky xxx
