Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025
Since this is a guide that shows specific party food products across a range of different supermarkets, that’s exactly how I’ve decided to divide them up.
Using the contents list below, you can jump to particular supermarkets if you’re looking for somewhere specific, or feel free to just scroll down to see everything:

Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025: Tesco
What I can say about Tesco is that they have the most ‘party food’ products here in this post by far! However, this is of course including a lot of products that are here all-year-round but fit the bill (chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, cheesy garlic bread, cod goujons etc) as well as a wide selection of cheese-based products and crisps too.
So if you’re more looking for specialist, ‘proper’ party food products with a little festive twist, you might want to keep on scrolling for exactly that! Regardless, if Tesco is the only place you shop for gluten-free party food, you’ll absolutely be able to create a decent party food spread using entirely gluten-free products. Keep an eye out for products like:
- Tesco 10 Crispy No-Prawn Bubble Tempuras
- Tesco 10 Aromatic Onion Bhajis
- Tesco 8 Golden Bacon and Cheese Bites
- Tesco 10 Satay Chicken Skewers
- Tesco 8 Chicken Souvlaki Skewers
- Tesco Free From 12 Mozzarella Sticks
- Tesco Free From 10 Halloumi Style Fries
- White Rabbit Sourdough Doughballs with roasted garlic and herb butter

Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025: Asda
So far in Asda, the hunt for gluten-free party food products is pretty ‘meh’ and if previous years are anything to go by, there’s unlikely to be a last minute drop of dedicated party food products we can safely eat.
So whilst Asda certainly isn’t bottom of the list here, even with a very broad definition of what can be called ‘gluten-free party food’, I still didn’t manage to find much at all.
However, if one thing is certain, it’s that you won’t be short of cocktail sausages, sausages, or pigs in blankets at Asda if you’re gluten-free 😂
- Asda Party Cheddar Cheese Potato Tots
- Asda Free From Gluten Mozzarella Sticks
- Asda Free From Gluten Garlic Baguette
- Asda Free From Gluten Milk 20 Chicken Nuggets
- Asda Exceptional Party Sharing Platter
- Asda Exceptional Hand Wrapped Giant Pig In Blanket
- Asda OMV! Merrily Vegan Cheese Alternative Board
- Asda Exceptional Triple Cheese Sauvignon Blanc Bake
- Asda Exceptional Belton Farm Vintage Red Fox Chorizo and Chilli Bake

Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025: Sainsbury’s
I must say, Sainsbury’s has really unexpectedly pulled it out of the bag this festive season when it comes to gluten-free Christmas party food. There’s everything from GF sausage rolls, to spring rolls and… even more spring rolls!
Oh and don’t forget to keep an eye out for the tempura prawns too – the veggie version is over at Tesco as you might have seen already.
So make sure you keep an eye out for…
- Sainsbury’s Free From Gluten Festive Sausage Roll
- Sainsbury’s Free From Gluten Sausage Roll
- Ocean House Gluten-free Vegetable Spring Rolls
- Ocean House Gluten-free Tempura Prawns
- Sainsbury’s Free From Gluten Cheese Croquettes

- Sainsbury’s 10 Spring Roll Selection
- Sainsbury’s Taste The Difference BBQ Pork Belly Bites
- Sainsbury’s Taste The Difference 10 Spanish Chorizo Croquetas

Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025: Marks and Spencer
M&S usually doesn’t disappoint and this year is no different. Their stand-out BRAND NEW product is the gluten-free turkey feast tart – yes, an exciting, dedicated gluten-free Christmas product that I can’t wait to get my hands on!
Not only that but, yes, they’re still doing gluten-free spring rolls, sausage rolls, cheese and onion rolls, mini chicken Kyivs, quiche, vegetable samosas… I could go on. Their chilled free from range is actually out of this world!

Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025: Aldi
Aldi definitely deserve a prize for being one of the first supermarkets to stock a couple of gluten-free party food options with their frozen 10 satay chicken skewers and 10 sweet chilli chicken skewers having been around for quite a few weeks already.
However, as always with Aldi (and Lidl), you’re definitely not going to be able to find enough different products to put on a full, mind-blowing gluten-free party food spread just here. However, if you are stopping by, there’s certainly more than a few products worth picking up such as:
- Aldi Let’s Party 10 Satay Chicken Skewers
- Aldi Let’s Party 10 Sweet Chilli Chicken Skewers
- Aldi Ready To Eat Mediterranean Style Falafel
- Aldi Ready To Eat Sweet Potato Pakora
- Aldi Ready To Eat Moroccan Style Falafel
- Aldi Roosters Tempura Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Bites, Chicken Tenders
- Aldi Snackrite Santa Claws Christmas Ketchup Flavour (gluten-free Monster Munch!)
- Aldi Snackrite Letters To Santa – Sour Cream and Cheese Flavour Snacks

Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025: Lidl
Lidl currently remains closely behind Aldi in my personal order of supermarkets when it comes to gluten-free Christmas party food. Not terrible, but could be so, so, so much better!
Like Aldi, we’ve got the 10 satay chicken skewers, but most other suitable options are potato-based options or the types of things you can buy absolutely anywhere. Regardless, here’s a few things you might want to pick up if you’re passing by:
- Lidl Party Time! 10 Satay Chicken Skewers
- Lidl Party Time! 6 Cheese and Bacon Potato Skins
- Lidl Party Time! 6 Cheese and Onion Potato Skins
- Lidl Deluxe 4 Mini Tartiflettes Reblochon and Bacon

- Lidl Deluxe 12 Chorizo Pigs In Blankets (chilled)
- Lidl Deluxe 4 Mini Potato Gratins Emmental Cheese
- Lidl Deluxe 4 Mini Potato Gratins Rosemary and Thyme
- Lidl Party Time! King Prawn Ring

Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025: Morrisons
As my previous posts will show, Morrisons doesn’t have a great track record for a wide variety of gluten-free Christmas party food options… and this year I’m still yet to find their free from Asian-style selection box.
It might still turn up! But so far, without that, there’s only a few products here that are truly worth heading to Morrisons for specifically, as you can easily find similar options in other supermarkets. But of course, I’ll keep checking Morrisons for more options and if I find any, they’ll be added here!
- Morrisons The Best Dinky Honey & Mustard Cocktail Sausages
- Morrisons 12 Onion Bhajis (frozen, vegan)
- Morrisons The Best Pork Belly Bites with Maple Barbecue Sauce

Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025: Iceland
Without a doubt, Iceland still manages to surprisingly be the place to go for a gluten-free beige buffet spread! Much like last year, you’ve got a decent amount of Cathedral city breadcrumbed cheesy products, a few genuinely awesome TGI products and even Iceland’s own-brand onion bhajis and bhaji bombs too.
Not a huge change from last year (at least it’s not less!) but still a great place to get some unique oven (and air fryer friendly) options that are super easy to throw together.
- Iceland 12 Onion Bhaji Bombs
- Iceland 14 Onion Bhajis
- TGI Fridays Cheese & Jalapeño Hash Brown Pockets
- Harry Ramsden’s 2 Chip Shop Curry Sauce Pots
- Harry Ramsden’s Battered Potato Slices

- TGI Fridays Mini Hash Brown Dogs
- TGI Fridays Mini Hash Brown Dogs (same product, different photo)
- Cathedral City Our Cheesy Bites
- Cathedral City Our Mini Cheesy Hash Brown Pockets

Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025: Ocado
I’m still working on this section but you’ll likely find that lots of the M&S products from the M&S section of this post will be on Ocado already. So head over to Ocado’s website or their app to have a peek!
Of course, buying these products from Ocado means placing an online order – that involves booking a slot and meeting the £40 minimum order value.

Gluten-free Christmas party food guide 2025: The Co-op
Last year I only found one suitable product worth mentioning that truly could be considered ‘gluten-free party food’… so I guess this year is a huge improvement!
Yet sadly, it’s not enough of an improvement to keep Co-Op from being the worst destination for gluten-free Christmas party food for the third year running. And that’s not to be mean to Co-op (where I worked for many years!), it’s just true!
It’s also very disappointing because Co-op used to stock a bunch of actually amazing gluten-free Christmas party food products up until recently. See this five year old post to remind you if you have no idea what I mean!
So once again, here’s a few products to grab if you’re passing by and it’s in stock… but don’t get your hopes up for anything else!
- Co-op 6 Mini Melt in the Middle Cod Fishcakes
- Co-op Free From Mini Crackers (gluten free)
- Co-op 10 Coconut Breaded Prawns
- Co-op 12 Hash Brown Stars
- Co-op Irresistible Pigs in Blankets Crisps
- Co-op Irresistible Camembert & Black Garlic Crisps
- Co-op Irresistible Roast Duck & Spiced Clementine Crisps

Last Year’s Products
And last but not least, here’s all of LAST YEAR’s gluten-free party food products in supermarkets from 2024.
They may be back this year… they may not! So either way, I thought I’d leave the link to last year’s post above just in case they do make a return.
