Marks and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2025
Since this is a MEGA guide to Marks and Spencer’s Christmas gluten-free products in 2025 I thought I’d split this post up into four sections as you’ll see below (as well as a link to last year’s full range too).
Using the contents list below, you can jump to particular sections if you’re looking for something specific, or feel free to just scroll down to see everything:
Marks and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2025: Cafe
Yes, that’s right, this post has a special section that no other supermarkets have in their respective posts… a cafe section! I first put this extra section into my Marks and Spencer’s gluten-free products post last year purely to showcase one item: M&S Cafe Made Without Wheat Gluten Free Turkey (and ham hock) Tostie toastie with sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce! 🤯
Though it looks different to last year, the only difference is a packaging change: the ‘ham hock’ part is now in small font for some reason, but it’s still the same as far as I know!
Oh and don’t forget the gluten-free Christmas sandwich along with all the regular sandwiches down the chilled ‘food-to-go’ aisle – M&S Food Made Without Wheat Gluten-free Turkey Feast Sandwich On Seeded Bread 👇🏻

Marks and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2025: Free From Aisle
Ok, back to all the rest of Marks and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2025! So let’s start with the M&S free from aisle and their ‘Made Without’ range.
Though I’ve chosen to group all the non-chilled free from products here for ease so they don’t get lost in with all the other ‘accidentally gluten-free’ products, you ought to know that some of these were down the M&S seasonal aisle, not the free from aisle. These include…
- M&S Made Without Wheat Speculoos Cookies * Light Up Tin *
- M&S Food COLLECTION Made Without Wheat Gluten Free Chocolate Yule Log
- M&S Food COLLECTION Made Without Wheat 4 All Butter Mince Pies
- M&S Food COLLECTION Made Without Wheat Perfectly Matured Iced Fruit Cake
- M&S Food COLLECTION Made Without Wheat Christmas Pudding
- M&S Food Made Without Dairy Advent Calendar
…and also, a few of the dairy-free chocolate options too. So be sure to check both places to find them all!
The branding of some of these products has changed since last year (dark blue M&S COLLECTION packaging from mostly purple-y coloured Made Without Branding) so don’t let that catch you out too.

Marks and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2025: Seasonal Confectionery Aisle + Advent Calendars
If you venture outside of the free from aisle (namely to the seasonal aisle) you’ll find tons more products that are ‘accidentally’ gluten-free, including things like advent calendars, gifts, small sweet treats and some of the above ‘Made Without’ products too.
Of course, if these ingredients have no ‘may contain’ warning and no gluten containing ingredients, they’re considered to be gluten-free and safe for Coeliacs to eat. And yes, though I’ve personally checked the ingredients lists of all these products myself, in person, on the packaging, don’t forget to do so yourself too!
Unlike chocolate you’ll find in free from aisles, the chocolate down these aisles tend not to be dairy-free: which is great if you’re not dairy-free, obviously! If you are dairy-free however, look out for the M&S Made Without Dairy Truffle Selection and chocolate Santa (shown in previous section) which I found down the seasonal aisle too.

Marks and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2025: Snacks, Party Food & Christmas Lunch
Unlike other supermarkets, M&S has a few solid gluten-free party options out on shelves already! Of course, beware of use by dates as these are fresh products (not frozen) or if you’re super organised, you can always buy them and freeze them for Christmas in case they sell out.
However, as is usually the case with party food, you’ll have to check back on this post later as I’m sure this won’t be everything – the closer to Christmas to get, the more I’ll likely find! But for now, we actually have some exciting new free from chilled products to enjoy such as:
- M&S Made Without Wheat Gluten Free Turkey Feast Tart
- M&S Made Without Wheat Gluten Free Butternut Squash & Barber’s Cheddar Tart
And as far as I can see, there’s lots of returning chilled party food favourites here too!

Marks and Spencer’s gluten-free Christmas products 2025: Desserts
Like party food, festive desserts don’t often show up too early. But of course, as soon as they do begin to pop up in my M&S, I will be sure to find them and post them here!
As I often say in these posts, please don’t automatically assume that any meringue-based dessert is gluten-free! I’ve highlighted these ones specifically below as M&S seems to be really good in the sense that lots of them didn’t have ‘may contain’ warnings for gluten. However, in other supermarkets last year, some of their meringue-based desserts changed to now feature ‘may contain’ warnings on products that didn’t in the past. So please always check and never assume when looking at these kinds of desserts in supermarkets!
The real highlight here is the M&S Made Widthout Wheat Gluten Free Sticky Toffee Pudding. It feels like a long time since we’ve had a solid, dedicated free from dessert option for Christmas in M&S, but the wait it over! Let’s hope it stays in M&S all year round?

Last Year’s Products
And last but not least, here’s all the products that were in M&S LAST YEAR in 2024.
They may be back this year… they may not! So either way, I thought I’d leave the link to last year’s post above just in case they do make a return.

Don’t forget to check out these Christmas supermarket posts too…

FAQ: Asda’s gluten-free Christmas products 2025
Are all of these Christmas products gluten-free?
Yes, but though I’ve personally checked all of these products myself in person, I still advise you to thoroughly check ingredients lists and for any ‘may contain’ warnings; namely when shopping outside of the free from aisle (or ‘Made Without’ section. You can never be too careful!
Do M&S’ gluten-free Christmas products include dairy-free or vegan options?
Yes, quite a few! Look for ‘Made Without’ products that are also labelled dairy-free, milk-free or vegan, though you might not find quite as much as in other supermarkets. M&S specifically have a ‘Plant Kitchen’ range which can sometimes very rarely be dairy-free and gluten-free, but I haven’t found any suitable festive products so far this year.
When do M&S’ gluten-free Christmas products come out? I can’t find them!
They usually start appearing as early as August, with more lines added through November as the full range lands. While some chilled party food is on shelves right now (believe it or not!) the full range usually won’t be seen until mid December due to expiry dates. If you can’t find a specific product, you might need to head to your biggest local M&S because, of course, you often won’t find the full range in a small one!
Can I order these gluten-free Christmas items online?
Though M&S don’t directly do delivery, you’ll find tons of M&S products (including those shown in this post) stocked on Ocado.com or their app for home delvery, though some seasonal items are in-store only.
Are any of these gluten-free products available year-round?
Not generally as most festive products disappear after Christmas. So make the most of this extended range for the last couple of months of the year!
Thanks for joining me in checking out M&S’ gluten-free Christmas products for 2025! What did you think? Is it too early for Christmas products?! Which one was your favourite? What are we still missing?
