Aldi UK gluten-free range 2025? Somebody pinch me! Yep, after years of pestering it’s finally here in stores right now so well done to everyone who has been messaging them about it! Here’s everything you need to know…
The new Aldi UK gluten-free range 2025 is here! As you might know well already, Aldi in Ireland has a great dedicated free from range and has done for quite a while… which made it even stranger that Aldi in the UK previously had next to nothing. But that all changes from today!

Of course it may take a little while for it to roll out into all Aldi stores and it’s possible that they might not put it into every single one.
But from speaking to members of the gluten free community today, it seems to have hit stores all across the UK, so it’s definitely worth a visit if you are passing to check… and if not… check again in a few days time perhaps! (The things we do just cause we’re gluten free hey!)
So here’s a full list of everything you’ll find in stores… 👇🏻

This part is super important to know…
I’ve heard from some staff who work at Aldi that this is essentially a trial period for the above products. If we snooze we lose! They want to see the products doing well and to see that demand is there, which makes sense.
So hopefully this will be the case as some of the products are a real bargain in gluten free terms. 65p for the gluten free pasta, gluten free white bread rolls for £1.49 and the gluten free white and seeded bread loaves for £1.69 is as cheap as they come!

Of course, whilst there is this now the dedicated ‘Free From Section’ in Aldi UK, they already did stock quite a few random products that were gluten free and dotted around the store; and those of course, are still there. And no, I’m not just talking about bananas! It really is a case of having just having a look around the store when you have time. Or perusing the list below!
Some products actually do have a GF or Gluten Free label on the front of them, whilst others don’t but we can see are still safe based on the ingredients list and ‘may contain’ warnings not showing any signs of gluten.
With Aldi (and all shops to be honest!) it’s very important to check labelling EVERY single time you buy a product. Ingredients lists can change and whilst some products proudly have an ‘allergy update’ logo on them, not all do. So always, always check! It’s worth it, I promise.

A note on CRISPS in Aldi 👇
PLEASE always check 1000 times that crisps are safe. From experience in different stores (and even the same store) the same packaged crisps seem to sometimes be safe and other times not be (this could be down to production factories differing for example or some of the stock being older / newer). Don’t get caught out, always check!
Aldi are good seasonally too! 👇
Aldi are fairly good at Christmas time for gluten free, so here is some of the stuff they offered us in the Christmas just past in 2024: https://glutenfreecuppatea.co.uk/2024/11/18/aldis-gluten-free-christmas-products-2024/ They also have so gluten free Easter eggs in this year which you can find in my Gluten Free Easter Egg Guide for 2025 so make sure you check that out if you are reading this pre Easter: https://glutenfreecuppatea.co.uk/2025/03/13/gluten-free-easter-eggs-guide-2025/
What do you think of the new Aldi UK Gluten-free Range 2025?!
I think it’s a fabulous start, it feels like it’s been a long time coming. We have all collectively been asking for this for years so I really hope it stays around longer than a few weeks! It’s really good to see it has essentials in it like pasta and bread, not just cakes and biscuits. I’d love to see some gluten free flour added to the range as it would feel even more complete then alongside some store cupboard items like gluten free soy sauce and maybe some gluten free freezer food… oh and a gluten free ready made sandwich! But on the whole it’s fab and the essentials are at a good price point.
Potentially we might see a few more products come in over the coming weeks with Coeliac Awareness Month lurking in May. They often do Old El Paso fajita kits during that period, so I will be on the look out for them as well as keeping an eye on this range to make sure it doesn’t go anyway – you should do the same!!
And in case you had trouble finding it, here’s a full list of stores currently stocking Aldi UK’s new free from range 2025.
