The ultimate gluten-free advent calendar guide 2025! Here’s all the advent calendars down supermarket free from aisles and beyond this Christmas. And they’re on shelves right now, Coeliac-friendly, wheat-free with lots of dairy-free options too.
The ultimate gluten-free advent calendar guide 2025 – because not even gluten or a ‘may contain’ gluten warning should get between anyone’s love of an advent calendar! Here’s everything I’ve found across Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer, Aldi, Lidl and more…

The ultimate gluten-free advent calendar guide 2025
Since this is a guide that shows specific advent calendars across a range of different supermarkets, that’s exactly how I’ve decided to divide them up. You’ll see some of the same advent calendars repeated across different supermarkets, but that’s simply because some products are stocked in multiple places.
Using the contents list below, you can jump to particular supermarkets if you’re looking for somewhere specific, or feel free to just scroll down to see everything:
Gluten-free Advent Calendars 2025: Amazon
Though this post mainly focusses on supermarkets, for those who’d prefer to get a gluten-free advent calendar delivered to their doorstep, Amazon has a great selection of many of those in supermarkets… and one super special option!
That special option being the Baci Christmas chocolate advent calendar which features a different chocolate hazelnut treat each day. It’s currently in a Black Friday offer on Amazon so make sure you grab it while you can. Spoiler alert: it sold out last year just before December and I wasn’t able to get one!
Don’t forget to check this list on my Amazon shop that I’ve curated of gluten-free advent calendars for everything worth buying, as well as some fun (non edible ones!) that would make great gifts.

Gluten-free Advent Calendars 2025: Tesco
Our hunt for supermarket gluten-free advent calendars 2025 starts in Tesco! Now what I will say first of all is that you should expect to see many of the same advent calendars stocked across multiple supermarkets – brands like Cadbury, Kinder, Galaxy and Reese’s always tend to be easily available everywhere such as:
- Milkybar Advent Calendar
- Galaxy Advent Calendar
- Kinder Advent Calendar (“Magical Wishes from Santa”)
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Advent Calendar
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Advent Calendar
- Moo Free Choccy Advent Calendar (Dairy Free)
- NOMO 24 Creamy Choc Drops Advent Calendar (Plant-Powered)
However, though you’ll see a lot of similarities across all the different supermarkets in this post, be sure to note where differences lie! Some specific advent calendars are only stocked in certain supermarkets so make sure you pay attention to that. So here’s exactly what I found in Tesco:

Gluten-free Advent Calendars 2025: Asda
Just like last year, Asda still has a little bit more selection in terms of gluten-free advent calendars than Tesco, but even still, you will find many of these options in Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl too. Here’s a list of a few, but there’s more in the photos below:
- NOMO 24 Creamy Choc Drops Advent Calendar
- Moo Free Bing Dairy Free Advent Calendar
- Cadbury White Advent Calendar
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Advent Calendar
- Kinnerton Paw Patrol Advent Calendar
- Kinnerton Bluey Advent Calendar
- Kinnerton Peppa Pig Advent Calendar
- Galaxy Advent Calendar
- Milkybar Advent Calendar
- Swizzels Advent Calendar
Asda also stock three nut-free advent calendars too (which we always used to buy for Mark’s nephew!) so take note of the Kinnerton advent calendars if you need to.
When it comes to gluten-free and dairy-free, you’ve still got the exact same NOMO and MooFree advent calendars as in Tesco. But there’s something exciting for dairy-free folks in the next section: Sainsbury’s!

Gluten-free Advent Calendars 2025: Sainsbury’s
Expect to see the usual suspects over in Sainsbury’s, with the main difference being the first appearance of Mark’s favourite from last year: the NOMO ‘ultimate’ choc advent calendar. Unlike most dairy-free advent calendars which are just a square of plain chocolate each day (including the other NOMO calendar shown previously), this one is a mini flavoured NOMO bar per day!
- NOMO Ultimate Choc Advent
- NOMO 24 Creamy Choc Drops Advent Calendar
- Free From Choc Advent Calendar
- Swizzels Advent Calendar
- Galaxy Advent Calendar
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Advent Calendar
- Milkybar Advent Calendar
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Advent Calendar
- Kinder Advent Calendar house design
- Kinder Advent Calendar train design
So make sure you note that this is not the same as the NOMO advent calendar stocked here and elsewhere. As was true last year, I haven’t seen it stocked anywhere else apart from Sainsbury’s.

Gluten-free Advent Calendars 2025: Marks and Spencer
And just like last year, we can always rely on M&S to shake things up a bit with totally unique choices! Why? Because they’ll always have unique M&S brand products that you won’t find anywhere else… and they also don’t stock the usual suspects!
- M&S Food Spencer Bear Advent calendar
- M&S Food Advent Calendar nativity design
- M&S Food Where’s Wally? Milk Chocolate Calendar
- M&S Food Dinosaurs and Other Prehistoric Reptiles Milk Chocolate Calendar
- M&S Food Advent Calendar ballerina design
- M&S Food Wallace & Gromit Milk Chocolate Calendar
- M&S Food Chocolate Lolly Advent Calendar
- M&S Food Percy Pig Percymas Advent Calendar
- M&S Food Made Without Dairy Advent Calendar
- M&S Food Swiss Chocolate Mountain Bar Advent Calendar
Apart from online on Ocado of course, because they sell M&S products on there for delivery! So if you’re a regular Ocado shopper, keep scrolling to see which of these products are also available on Ocado (and a few extras) too…

Gluten-free Advent Calendars 2025: Aldi
Though my hopes aren’t ever super high when it comes to finding seasonal gluten-free products at Aldi UK, I was pleased to see a similar selection to last year.
- Kinnerton Bluey Advent Calendar
- Kinnerton Paw Patrol Christmas Advent Calendar
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Advent Calendar
- Galaxy Advent Calendar
- Swizzels Advent Calendar
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Advent Calendar
So if you’re popping in and just want to conveniently pick something up, Aldi has decent choice for us. However you might want to pop to Lidl over Aldi as you’ll find out next…

Gluten-free Advent Calendars 2025: Lidl
In a drastic change, Lidl has more selection than Aldi this year! If you’re looking for nut-free Kinnerton advent calendars, Lidl has the most choice out of all supermarkets in this post too.
- Kinnerton Bluey Advent Calendar
- Kinnerton PAW Patrol Christmas Advent Calendar
- Kinnerton Hot Wheels Let’s Race Advent Calendar
- Kinnerton Barbie Advent Calendar
- Kinnerton Peppa Pig Advent Calendar
- Galaxy Advent Calendar
- Moo Free White Choccy Advent Calendar
- Kinder Advent Calendar
- Milkybar Advent Calendar
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Advent Calendar

Gluten-free Advent Calendars 2025: Morrisons
Over at Morrisons we’ve got a similar selection to last year:
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Creamy Advent Calendar
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Advent Calendar Wrapped Chunks
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Advent Calendar Santa and Snowman
- Galaxy Advent Calendar
- Kinder Advent Calendar
- NOMO Advent Calendar 24 Creamy Choc Drops
- Kinnerton Bluey Advent Calendar
- Kinnerton Paw Patrol Christmas Advent Calendar
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Advent Calendar
- Milkybar Advent Calendar
Though there wasn’t anything especially crazy or unique compared to what we’ve seen already, there’s still a great choice available for us overall.

Gluten-free Advent Calendars 2025: Waitrose
There’s never been a vast selection of gluten-free advent calendars in my local Waitrose and this year is no exception once again. In fact, we now only have two options, when last year, we at least had three!
- NOMO No Missing Out 24 Creamy Choc Drops Advent Calendar
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Advent Calendar
That sadly makes Waitrose the worst destination for gluten-free advent calendars in 2025 out of all the retailers on this list. It’s partly due to the fact that they don’t stock many advent calendars in the first place though, of course!

Gluten-free Advent Calendars 2025: Ocado
Of course, with Ocado being an online supermarket that also can deliver M&S products, their selection is pretty good – even including a couple of products that weren’t in my local M&S yet.
- Doughlicious Cookie Dough and Gelato Bites Advent Calendar
- Montezuma’s Milk Chocolate Advent Calendar
- M&S Spencer Bear Advent Calendar
- M&S Nativity Advent Calendar
- M&S Where’s Wally Milk Chocolate Calendar
- M&S Ballerina Tree Advent Calendar
- M&S Dinosaurs and Other Prehistoric Reptiles Advent Calendar
- M&S Wallace & Gromit Milk Chocolate Calendar
- Bluey Advent Calendar
- Paw Patrol Christmas Advent Calendar
The selection is essentially a combination of the Sainsbury’s selection combined with M&S!

Last year’s gluten-free advent calendars…
And if you feel like it, you can always check out last year’s post on gluten-free advent calendars for 2024! Why? Well, to see if the selection is better or worse – or to see if any are missing!
For example, what happened to all the KitKat advent calendars?! 😳 So please remember that the products in that post may have changed ingredients and if you don’t see them in this post anymore… that might be why!!
Our personal picks!
So out of all of the advent calendars I found this year… which did we pick as our actual advent calendars this year? Drumroll please…
I chose the Baci choc advent calendar (basically only found on Amazon and in specialitist shops – I found them stocked in Eatily in London) and as I mentioned, Mark chose the NOMO ultimate choc dairy-free advent calendar (found only in Sainsbury’s this year). I am confident that, come December, we have most definitely made the right choices once again! 😆
