A perfect dish to be served cold at a summer party or BBQ. It's great for all occasions and all times of year. Can be served hot too, but I love it even more cold!
You can eat this cold as I have described as a dish at a BBQ/party BUT you can also eat it hot for dinner. We often have this on a day where we need a quick, easy dinner. Marinade it before work & when you come home put it in the oven. Serve with rice or maybe some sweet potato wedges. You might like to keep some of the marinade juices and pour over if eating hot (it tastes great soaked into rice!)
