Instructions
Preheat your oven to 160C Fan / 180C and prepare an 8x8 inch square baking tin with non-stick baking paper.
Add your chocolate spread to a large bowl and mix so it's nice and smooth.
Add in your eggs and mix together until combined.
Add in your flour and fold in until completely combined.
Fold in 70g of M&M's.
Spoon / pour your brownie batter into your tin.
Dot the rest of your M&M's onto the top of your brownies.
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. The edges will be more cooked and the middle still somewhat gooey - this is definitely a gooey dessert brownie. If you want them more cakey, leave them in longer.
Once cooked, allow to cool in the tin before slicing into portions.
Enjoy on their own or with ice cream ?
Notes
If you use a bigger tin, they will be thinner and therefore take less time to cook - I really recommend using the same size tin as I have.
