Ingredients

  • 450 g Nutella or dairy free alternative
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g gluten free plain flour
  • 70 g chocolate chips optional
  • 2 tbsp Nutella extra to swirl on top

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 160C Fan / 180C and prepare an 8x8 inch square baking tin with non-stick baking paper.
  • Add your Nutella to a large bowl and mix so its nice and smooth.
  • Add in your eggs and mix together until combined.
  • Add in your flour and fold in until completely combined. Then, if you are adding chocolate chips, fold them in afterwards too.
  • Spoon / pour your brownie batter into your tin.
  • Dollop some extra Nutella on top and use a skewer to swirl it around.
  • Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. The edges will be more cooked and the middle still somewhat gooey - this is definitely a gooey dessert brownie. If you want them more cakey, leave them in longer.
  • Once cooked, allow to cool in the tin before slicing into portions.
  • Enjoy on their own or with ice cream :)

Notes

If you use a bigger tin, they will be thinner and therefore take less time to cook.
