3-ingredient Nutella brownies recipe - all you need is gluten-free flour, eggs and Nutella! They're insanely gooey, fudgy and you'd never know they were gf.
Preheat your oven to 160C Fan / 180C and prepare an 8x8 inch square baking tin with non-stick baking paper.
Add your Nutella to a large bowl and mix so its nice and smooth.
Add in your eggs and mix together until combined.
Add in your flour and fold in until completely combined. Then, if you are adding chocolate chips, fold them in afterwards too.
Spoon / pour your brownie batter into your tin.
Dollop some extra Nutella on top and use a skewer to swirl it around.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. The edges will be more cooked and the middle still somewhat gooey - this is definitely a gooey dessert brownie. If you want them more cakey, leave them in longer.
Once cooked, allow to cool in the tin before slicing into portions.
Enjoy on their own or with ice cream :)

If you use a bigger tin, they will be thinner and therefore take less time to cook.
