Get two slices of gluten free bread and spread them in margarine.
Then spread a generous layer of cream cheese on top of one of the slices.
On the other slice place smoked salmon.
Put your cream cheese slice on top of your smoked salmon slice to form a sandwich!
Carefully with a sharp knife cut the edges/crusts off. Then cut the sandwich in half to make afternoon tea size little sandwiches!
As a optional final touch, get a fresh chives and tie it round the sandwich!
Repeat till you have enough sandwiches and enjoy!
