Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Afternoon Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Juvela gluten free bread
  • margarine or butter if you prefer
  • cream cheese
  • smoked salmon
  • fresh chives optional

Instructions

  • Get two slices of gluten free bread and spread them in margarine.
  • Then spread a generous layer of cream cheese on top of one of the slices.
  • On the other slice place smoked salmon.
  • Put your cream cheese slice on top of your smoked salmon slice to form a sandwich!
  • Carefully with a sharp knife cut the edges/crusts off. Then cut the sandwich in half to make afternoon tea size little sandwiches!
  • As a optional final touch, get a fresh chives and tie it round the sandwich!
  • Repeat till you have enough sandwiches and enjoy!
