Dairy Free Pesto with Dairy Free Parmesan

A really simple Pesto Recipe... you can add Violife Parmesan to any Pesto Recipe you have :)

Ingredients

  • 50 g Violife Dairy Free Parmesan
  • 50 g Pine Nuts
  • Large Bunch of Basil
  • 150 ml Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves

Instructions

  • Heat a frying pan gently.
  • Place the pine nuts in the pan & cook until golden (it won't take long & make sure you shake the pan occasionally.)
  • Put the pine nuts into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
  • Season and pour into a jar with a little extra oil.
  • Keep in fridge when not using.
  • Enjoy!
