Ingredients
75gbutteruse Stork hard margarine if dairy-free
75ggolden syrup
300gchocolatechopped - I used half milk, half dark but you can use all milk (dairy-free if necessary)
200ggluten-free cornflakesyou can also use gluten-free rice crispy cereal
1large bag of Mini Eggs
Instructions
Place your butter, golden syrup and chocolate into a glass bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and allow to gradually melt. Stir together so the mixture is combined and smooth. Remove the bowl from the heat.
Place your cornflakes (or rice crispies) into a large bowl and then pour the melted chocolate mixture all over the top of the cereal. Mix it together so the cereal is well coated.
Spoon your mixture into cupcake cases - the amount you make will vary depending on how big your cupcake cases are and how much you fill them up.
Finish by adding a few mini eggs to the middle of each nest.
Place in the fridge to chill and set. It doesn't take long. Then, enjoy!
