4-Ingredient Snickers Cookies Recipe - SUPER EASY METHOD! (gluten-free)
4-ingredient Snickers cookies recipe - incredibly easy to bake and nobody would know they're gluten-free, wheat-free and Coeliac-friendly.
Servings 6 cookies
- 250 g peanut butter
- 200 g light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 50 g chocolate chips totally optional!
- 2-3 snickers bars
Preheat your oven to 160C Fan / 180C and prepare a baking tray with some non stick baking paper.
Place your peanut butter in a bowl (ensure its fairly loose and easy to mix - give it a good stir if necessary).
Add your light brown sugar and egg. Mix together until smooth - I use an electric hand mixer for this.
Optionally you can add some chocolate chips and stir those in.
Then chop up a couple of snickers bars and stir those in, so evenly dispersed.
Roll your dough into small balls and place spaced out onto your large baking tray (I don't put more than 6 at a time on a large tray).
Press each ball of cookie dough down gently with your fingers and place a chunk of snickers on the top of each.
Place into the oven for about 10-12 minutes until spread to a lovely cookie shape :)
Allow to cool, enjoy!
