Ingredients

  • 200 g gluten-free cocoa pops linked in FAQ section
  • 60 g butter
  • 350 g marshmallows
  • 100 g Kinder chocolate linked in FAQ section

For the chocolate top:

  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 5 bars of Kinder chocolate chopped up (linked in FAQ section)

Instructions

  • Prepare a 9x9 inch square baking tin with non-stick baking paper.
  • In a saucepan, melt together your butter and marshmallows. Keep stirring them so they don't burn to the bottom.
  • Place your cocoa pops into a large bowl and pour over your butter/marshmallow mixture, Mix them in really thoroughly - its super sticky so give it some welly!!
  • Mix in your Kinder chocolate - it doesn't matter if some of them basically melt!
  • Press the mixture into your square baking tin. Make sure you press it firmly down right into the corners - I often use my potato masher!!
  • To make your chocolate top simply melt your milk and white chocolate in separate bowls. Pour the milk over first then spoon the white chocolate over and swirl it all around to create a marbled effect.
  • Press in lots of chopped up Kinder chocolate and place in the fridge to fully set.
  • Once set remove from the tin and cut into squares - enjoy!
