Gluten Free Sage and Chive Stuffing Balls Recipe (dairy free/vegan option, low FODMAP)

Dry Ingredients

  • 140 g gluten free breadcrumbs don't use fresh bread, buy them in a packet!
  • 3 tbsp dried chives
  • 3 tbsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp gluten free flour

Wet Ingredients

  • 265 ml boiling water
  • 30 g butter or dairy free/vegan alternative


  • Pre-heat your oven to 180C/200C fan.
  • Start by mixing together all your dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Then add your boiling water and butter to the bowl. Mix thoroughly and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Roll into balls and place onto an oiled baking tray.
  • Pop them into the oven for 25 minutes or until they're nice and golden on the outside.
  • Enjoy!
