Gluten Free Sage and Chive Stuffing Balls Recipe (dairy free/vegan option, low FODMAP)
My sage and chive stuffing balls recipe is the stuffing you've been dreaming of! It's gluten free, low FODMAP, dairy free and vegan.
Servings 12 balls
- 140 g gluten free breadcrumbs don't use fresh bread, buy them in a packet!
- 3 tbsp dried chives
- 3 tbsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp gluten free flour
- 265 ml boiling water
- 30 g butter or dairy free/vegan alternative
Pre-heat your oven to 180C/200C fan.
Start by mixing together all your dry ingredients in a bowl.
Then add your boiling water and butter to the bowl. Mix thoroughly and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Roll into balls and place onto an oiled baking tray.
Pop them into the oven for 25 minutes or until they're nice and golden on the outside.
