Pineapple Passion Smoothie

The perfect smoothie for a summer's day. Refreshing, tropical and a great low FODMAP choice with no added fruit juice.


  • 250g fresh pineapple
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 240ml unsweetened almond milk


  1. Place the chopped fresh pineapple and frozen banana chunks into the blender.

  2. Cut your passionfruit in half and scoop out the contents. Add this to the blender.

  3. Add your almond milk.

  4. Whizz away until combined and smooth.

  5. Pour into glasses.

  6. Enjoy!

This recipe is enough for 1 large smoothie or 2 smaller smoothies.
