Hello everyone! As many of you know, one of my biggest struggles over the last few years has been my stomach. My stomach, or rather, my digestive system, doesn’t seem to want to work properly. I’ve been living with a food intolerance or rather, intolerances for too long now!
Now rather than waffling on typing oodles of words up, I thought it would be best to chat honestly in a video & give you an update!
I know so many other people suffer with digestive issues & I’m sure I’m not the only one who it gets a bit too much for sometimes. It’s difficult to be your happy, cheerful self when your stomach is hurting and gurgling, right? I think so anyway.
How can I possibly be super excited to go out for a meal with friends when not only am I unable to eat 75% of the menu, but I can guarantee that whatever I eat is going to make me be in some level of discomfort, not just for that night, but for the next day as well. It’s a sad situation! Living with a food intolerance really does suck, all digestive issues really do suck… I don’t know if I will ever know what’s truly, truly wrong with me… but I have to deal with that, and you do too.
I just wanted to make a video to show that if you have to deal with anything like this, you are not alone. I know it’s not going to solve the problem, and it’s not nice to think that other people suffer with digestive pains as well, but somehow it is reassuring. We all want to be able to relate to others so really we should buy clonazepam in canada come together and help each other. It’s not always easy for people who don’t have digestive issues to understand what you’re going through. Some people try their best to understand, others won’t really care… either way nobody except you knows how you’re truly feeling. If you’re bloated and in pain, don’t let others make you feel like you’re the problem or it’s all in your head… look after number 1.
I think I might do a video or a post sometime soon with some ways that I try to help myself feel better physically and mentally. But as well as that I would love to know what makes you feel better physically and mentally! When your stomach kills, how do you sooth the problem? When you feel miserable, unhappy and just like life isn’t fair, what do you do? Let me know by leaving a comment below or on Facebook/Twitter. If you are living with a food intolerance, I’d love to hear from you… what does your stomach hate and how does it affect you?
Whether you’re younger than me, my age (25), older than me or much older than me(!!) we can all come together to talk about our little old digestive systems. I wish I was saying we should all come together to talk about something else, like puppies or holidays (feel free to talk to me about either of these things!), but our digestive systems are somewhat important and they need to be talked about… they need to be sorted out!
Anyway thanks for reading,
